If you're a Colorado student between the ages of 10-18 we'd like to help you go "on-the-job" with Colorado's career professionals. The WHEN I GROW UP career experience program allows you to spend quality time with a local professional of your choosing and experience their career firsthand.

Our WHEN I GROW UP career professionals will take you through a typical working day, show you the ropes and tell you how they got there. Finally, they will provide immediate and insightful ideas on how you can achieve similar goals in your career.

The Career Experience is fun, informational, and free. Most importantly, it will help you get a jump on what you're going to do with the rest of your professional life.

The first step is to fill out the application below. Once we receive your information you will be invited to participate in a youth orientation to learn more about our program. After that, you will be ready to participate in your first career experience.
